A leading Ecommerce company that helps enterprises deliver omni -channel experiences.

The company had a small marketing team of 2 and hadn't invested a lot in building their online presence. They were also looking to launch their omni -channel e -commerce solution (mobile platform previously) for enterprises to help them take a multi-channel approach towards providing a seamless shopping experience to their customers.

 

Pain points -

  • Ineffective website resulting in little traffic and no lead generation
  • No social media strategy resulting in low brand awareness and opportunity to connect with prospects and customers online
  • Missing key brand elements resulting in issues with market positioning, sales and company culture 
  • No Go to Market for new product launch

Outcome -

Using industry and competition research, brand, marketing communication and social media audit, I addressed some of the above issues.​ Also provided website recommendations to make it a high converting website while showcasing their technology expertise.
 
With the changes, the company was able to launch their e-commerce technology offering successfully, get a brand awareness lift and eventually got acquired by Infosys.
